Defence Counsel
- Provide advice on best use of Mobile Telephone Evidence
- Undertake critical reviews of case files and prosecution evidence including unused material
- Carry out Cell Coverage or Location Surveys to test the accuracy of a prosecution experts assertions as to location or movements or validate a defence statement as to location
- Carry out independent analysis to confirm or challenge telephone attributions and establish normal or abnormal usage patterns
- Produce technical reports and graphics to communicate the evidence clearly
- Attend case conferences to advise on the strengths and weaknesses of the cell-site evidence
- Provide support in court and advice on questions for cross-examination
