Our six expert witnesses have over 100 years experience in mobile telecommunications and have been instrumental in developing cell site analysis as an analytical and evidential tool in criminal cases.
We have an in-depth knowledge of the techniques required to correctly interpret call data records, optimise its use in analysis and present the data in a format that can be easily understood by the jury.

Cell site analysis
Cell-site analysis uses the telephone records kept by the network operators to do one or more of the following.
Phone attribution
Phone attribution seeks to identify the normal user of a mobile through analysis of call data records.

Meet the team
Adam Mundy
Since 2003 I have been involved in Digital Forensics including Cell-Site Analysis and have undertaken RFPS (surveys) throughout the UK and abroad and have given evidence in Crown Courts throughout the country.
Richard Baxter
Between 1990 and 2007, I worked as an engineer for Mobile Network Operators in the UK, Europe and the USA. Since 2007, I have been working as an Expert Witness on the most serious and high-profile cases, analysing and presenting evidence in the field of Cell Site Analysis.
Dominic Kirsten
I have 34 years’ experience in the wireless telecommunications industry including senior positions at British Telecom, Ionica, Quotient, and Aircom International. For over 5 years I worked as a senior consultant advising Mobile Network Operators, suppliers and regulators on the application of mobile technology.
Andrew Dampier
Following thirty-five years’ employment with Kent Police, between 2019 and 2025 I worked as a Forensic Cell Site Engineer / Expert Witness, firstly for Keith Borer Consultants, then as a consultant working on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service. I continue this role with Forensic Partners Ltd.
Peter Brown
My career includes an eighteen year period with Vodafone, where I developed an in-depth knowledge of mobile telephone networks. Since 2005 I have acted as an independent and impartial Expert Witness, giving evidence in Courts, acting for both the Prosecution and defence.
